FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about PHANTOM technology, installation, and operation.

A standard PHANTOM cycle processes up to 3 tonnes of organic waste in approximately 30 minutes. The exact duration may vary slightly depending on the composition and density of the input material.

PHANTOM can process a wide range of organic waste including food waste, medical waste, plastics, livestock manure, adult diapers, and mixed organic materials. The system is particularly effective for materials that are difficult to treat with conventional methods.

From contract signing to operational readiness, the typical timeline is approximately 6 months. This includes custom manufacturing, delivery, on-site installation, and comprehensive operator training.

PHANTOM requires remarkably little maintenance. The only scheduled maintenance is gasket replacement approximately every 10 years. Day-to-day operating costs are limited to fuel for the boiler system.

No. Unlike incineration, PHANTOM's subcritical water hydrolysis process produces zero dioxins, zero furans, and zero persistent organic pollutants. CO₂ emissions are dramatically suppressed compared to conventional methods.

PHANTOM is available in four standard configurations based on per-cycle capacity: 0.5 ton, 1 ton, 2 tons, and 3 tons. Custom configurations are available for specific requirements.

Yes. Depending on input materials and processing parameters, PHANTOM produces commercially usable outputs including nutrient-rich compost for agriculture, liquid fertilizer, livestock feed supplements, and biomass fuel feedstock.

Absolutely. We provide a free initial consultation to understand your requirements. This includes a tailored proposal with recommended system size, configuration options, and budget estimate — all at no cost or obligation.
